Changing the Sweeps on the Concord Air Till Drill

Remember last July when the Men Went Shopping? Click on the link to visit the post.
Before Farmer Fred knew what was happening, the young men of GriggsDakota were working on the sales team.
It will surprise no one to learn that the Concord Air Till Drill is now in the yard.
The sweeps are being changed. The sweep is the hoe-liked implement between the discs on the photo above.
Reconditioning used equipment increases its useful life. We hope new sweeps will make this drill work like new as the 2013 crop goes into the fields of GriggsDakota.
There are 48 sweeps on this drill and no short cut to changing them out. While the drill is in the shop, it will be inspected and routine maintenance will be performed.
As we wait to plant our 2013 crop in GriggsDakota.
