We're putting equipment away for the season.
Although there is always more we could do in the fields,
the fields are too muddy and slippery.
On top of our 7-8 inch snowfall, we received half an inch of rain. It settled the snow, but turned everything muddy under the white blanket. That is just fine. We need the precipitation, liquid or solid.
So it is time to button things down.
There are still ducks swimming around down there and geese flying around.
After a return to Standard Time, we are surprised that it is dark so much of the day. We are losing daylight morning and evening. There is more darkness each day.
November in GriggsDakota.
