When our weather turned cold, it stayed that way. The cattle are gathered out of the wind.
They are enjoying a field of barley stubble that has regrown.
It also has a cover crop planted in the stubble, so they are enjoying fresh greens.
There is an electric fence strung around the edge of the field and a water hole.
A nice way for the cattle to spend October in GriggsDakota.
