Old Trees

Old Trees are more interesting than young trees. They have hidey holes for treasure or birds.
Old trees have sappy suckers where ambitious spiders hope to trap hungry fliers.
Old trees, left alone, branch out at will.
Old trees hollow out to house raccoons or bees.
I dug out these old Winter photos. The overnight lows have been in the lower 40's this week.
We are reminded that heating season may be just around the corner.
But today we are enjoying green grass and unexpected structures in GriggsDakota.
