There is a corn plot planted in GriggsDakota.
Bill was just finishing the job as I pulled onto the field.
For this job we use our old International 400 eight row planter. Eight rows work for a plot.
The corn seed was nearly gone.
Bill meticulously marked and separated the varieties.
He cleaned the drum after each variety was planted.
We expect to glean valuable information from our corn plot.
Now that it is planted, we will be watching germination and growth. It will be harvested and analyzed in the Fall.
Now we are really all done seeding corn in GriggsDakota.
