Sheyenne has turned into quite a hostess.
We had noticed evidence that she has been having friends drop by.
Her guests dance each evening as the birds provide music.
A prairie soiree.
Complete with spilled grain and prairie hay.
The party lasts until dark, unless Butler crashes it. Often, it resumes at dawn.
When Spring finally does arrive we expect to push hard to get things going. We find ourselves glad to have good short season crop options, while everyone waits for green to return to the plains of GriggsDakota.
