Easter Bonnets

It's time to get ready for the Easter Parade!
In your Easter Bonnet
With all the frills upon it
 You'll be the grandest lady
In the Easter Parade.
I'll be all in Clover
When they look you over
 I'll be the proudest fellow
 in the Easter Parade.
On the Avenue,
Far from Fifth Avenue
Photographers will snap you
You'll find you're in
the rotogravure.
(definition: a process of commercial printing. Implication in this case is to make the newspapers.)
Oh I could write a sonnet
About your Easter Bonnet
And of the girl I'm taking to the Easter Parade.
with appreciation and apologies to Irving Berlin who wrote the classic song
Easter Parade.
