The Spring Slide

On a clear day the sun warms the roof of the old shop.
The air is not warm, so the slide is slow but sure, like Spring itself in GriggsDakota this year.
The corrugated metal of the roof allows the icy snow to slowly slip forming hooks over the edge before it crashes to the ground. The hooks look like cultivator shanks. We can hardly wait to get going in the fields.
It is another reminder that Spring will prevail, eventually.

  1. Great capture on the photos! I like the way the snow curls over the edge:)

  2. Ooooo great photos, JK!!
