How to: Make Cupcakes a Meal

Excuse me for asking such a personal question,
But does your mouth hurt? It could be from braces, an accident, cutting teeth, losing teeth, or other dental problems.
Cupcakes might be the solution, but I am not referring to cake and frosting.
A temporary situation or permanent tooth loss can leave you longing for favorite foods that you cannot chew. Beef Roast, ham, or whatever you are fixing can be made into cupcake meals.
I make up meals of chicken and wild rice with carrots
Or pork chops in sour cream with dressing
Then run the meal through the grinder. First the meat, then the rice or other chewy menu items.
I scoop the cooked ground meat into a paper lined muffin tin, then press an indentation in the middle of the cooked meat with the back of my scoop.
The indentation is topped with a scoop of the side dish and then topped with gravy or sauce. I freeze these in the pan, then transfer them for storage. A labeled Zip Lock bag keeps them fresh in the freezer for a month or two. Since they are fully cooked meals, just set the cupcake on a plate and pop it in the microwave to reheat.
If you have these cupcakes in your freezer and a can of broth on your shelf, nourishing hot soup is only a couple of minutes away.
Delicious, especially when your mouth is sore, and even when it isn't.
