Frosted Windowpanes

Frost has invaded GriggsDakota and made for beautiful landscape outdoors and windowpanes to view it from indoors.
The trees look like magical dressed in snow and viewed through frosted windowpanes.
How do the little birds do it?
We try to make sure they always have a good meal available.
Because seeds and bugs are hard to find during winter.
They are not as nervous this time of year. Their boldness makes the woodpeckers seem a little desperate, but their trust is not misplaced.
As long as they don't trust Butler or one of the farm cats.
