Soybeans 2010

The soybeans are adding a fall hue to the acres in GriggsDakota
We have had a few inches of rain in the last week so there is mud everywhere, which means plenty of moisture to finish this crop.
The soybeans are ripening and looking good with mostly three bean pods and a few four bean pods on the plants.
Remember 2009 when we sang a  sad song:  "Soybeans in the Snow".
Every year is different in GriggsDakota and the fields I checked are doing very well in 2010.
There are three bean pods nearly to the top of most plants.
If the weather cooperates, there is reason to hope for a bountiful soybean crop in GriggsDakota.
